You can send us your business's existing files in an eMail (if your business already maintains any), explaining how they are used at the present time and what is required of them. Or, if your company does not maintain electronic files, you can send us an eMail (or telephone us) detailing the requirements of your business.
We will then advise you as to the solution we think will aid your business - for FREE, and if you are interested, implementation of our suggestion can commence (there will be a fee for the actual design and creation of the solution, of course).
NOTE: As we are keen to provide solutions to suit every budget, we will (when possible) provide a "shopping list" of features as part of our advice, along with the cost of each feature - you can then pick and choose from these. The more you spend, the more features you will get and the more advanced these will be, but for small companies on a relatively low budget a fairly basic solution may well be sufficient. And if your current system is perfectly adequate and it would not be cost-effective for you to pay us to create a more advanced one, we'll tell you so!
For those on a tight budget, we can offer a basic package of enhanced applications for a very reasonable fee – these are not custom-made to the requirements of individual businesses but instead are ready-made, ‘no-frills’ solutions, and thus cost far less than ‘bespoke’ solutions. The Basic Package can either be bought whole, or, if certain elements of it are not required by your business, you can opt to purchase only those elements of the Package that you require. We can create an Microsoft® Office solution for your business, either based on specific criteria you give us or on the results of our FREE consultation. We can provide customized, user-friendly solutions for a huge array of problems and circumstances. Being able to program Microsoft® Office applications allows us to provide solutions far more advanced than would be possible without such programming. Your business will never be the same again!

There is free support for our products for a limited period of time, and you can buy additional support time once this expires (see below).
You can hire us to be your company's Microsoft® Office experts and trouble-shooters. If you have already bought a product from us (as above) you will receive free support for that product for a certain amount of time. If not, or if your free support has expired, you can purchase 'Support Hours' from us.
These are bought in advance - we simply make a note of the time it has taken us to deal with each problem or query you have presented us with, and subtract this from the time you've paid for. When this time runs low, we'll let you know and you can purchase additional Support Hours off us if you wish.
We can come to your place of business and train your staff to be competent at using the Microsoft Office suite of applications (personal, one-to-one training only). We offer training at a number of levels - from extremely basic general IT skills, through using the various Microsoft® Office applications themselves, to basic programming.
Remember that, although we specifically specialize in Microsoft® Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft® Access databases, we can also provide solutions in (and program) other Microsoft® applications such as Microsoft® PowerPoint, Microsoft® Word and even the eMail application Microsoft® Outlook.
