We can provide files that are customized to your needs, automating repetitive administrative tasks so that you and / or your staff no longer have to perform them yourselves (for example, a 'self-eMailing' spreadsheet, which removes the need for someone to remember to eMail it each week, etc).
We can provide either ongoing Microsoft Office support to your business or ad hoc advice - either way you'd only pay for the actual time it takes us to deal with your query - so if you are a small business you can have cost-effective IT support without having to pay an IT-professional a monthly wage!

Our Lead Designer is a Microsoft®-Certified Office Specialist (MOS) at the highest grade (Master-level). Thus, Microsoft themselves have recognized us as experts at the use of their Microsoft® Office suite of programs.
We are proficient at the "Visual Basic For Applications" (VBA) programming language, which enables us to build additional functionality into our designs, over and above that provided by the Microsoft® Office suite of programs in its basic state.

We have extensive experience, not only in the IT field, but in the 'real world' of business as well - we are aware of the realities of business and the need for our products to be user-friendly and streamlined, as well as being flexible and designed to be easily modified further should a Client's business requirements change.
We provide an ongoing commitment to you - we do not simply vanish upon the completion of a project. Depending on circumstances (i.e. how much you pay up front and the size of the project), you will receive between one and two months' free support if we provide you with an Microsoft® Office solution. Once this runs out, we are happy to continue to provide ongoing support - you can buy support time in advance in blocks (the larger the block bought in advance, the greater the discount, and blocks bought alongside the original product are even cheaper!).
